The 3rd time was the particular charm and the firmware was upgraded. This is a bit bit scary. Imagine if it happens 2 years in the future when the TV has run out of warranty. I think the firmware upgrades should simply be when absolutely necessary.

6. Sound is okay. Not too horrible while other reviews possess mentioned but alright for a bedroom.
