Great Upright Bike and Reasonable priced Posted on August 6th, 2010
I am a very feminine woman and was able to assemble this bike myself. I wanted to avoid the outrages assembly charge so I just simply rolled up my sleeves and read the instructions. The instructions were very simple and the pictures clearly outlined the parts to assemble. In the beginning there was a clicking noise when pedaling but it must have been the bike adjusting itself because proform 280 csx bike left within 3 workouts. It has been a month now and the bike gives a great workout. It has pre-programmed workouts or you can just start pedalling for the manual setting. I choose the manual program and increase the resistance to give me an excellent workout. If you need to cool down during your workout the fan works well. What’s great is that I can already see changes in my legs and that’s my goal. The price was excellent at less than $300 and it doesn’t take much space. I would recommend the ProForm 280 CSX Upright Bike to all.It’s great.. No damages shipping.. assembly instructions were clear, assembly was easy… It’s performed very well in the 3 weeks I’ve been using it.
